I am so looking forward to introducing our community to more local talent and locally made goods in our new second location!! Please read below for more info.

Bookings for booth space for the 2025 Season of the NWX Farmers Market will open in April. Only ONE SPACE PER DESIGNER. Pre Approval Required if you are NEW to Our Tent Space, email us at [email protected].

Booth space is 10'x10' - we supply the tent
You will need to be on site at 9 am or earlier to set up, market starts at 10 am - 2 pm
All sales can run through the shop or your own system (ie square, venmo etc.) at your current split
All Saturday booths will be ONE designer ONLY

Pop Ups @ Our Brookswood Shop Every other Thursday from 3-7 pm in April & May. We have room for 4-5 designers per event. Drinks, snacks, music & sales all night. Join us for a fun night of local designers and community in our beautiful Brookswood Shop. Email Angela at [email protected] with any questions.
We welcome Independent Designers from all over. We just ask that all of your items are Handmade by you, using ethical and sustainable methods and materials. All of our items in the shop are on consignment. We have a sliding scale for % but we start all designers at 60% (better than wholesale) No Minimums. Great for doing small batches and testing out new products. Sorry but we do not buy wholesale.

Inventory List with Prices (you can download the one we have provided below)
We will provide price tags and barcodes.
Displays with your name on them (pre-approved)
Also, we strongly encourage signage to explain your product, how/what its made or tell the story of you! Making a connection goes a long way.
Reminder to all Designers: If you are restocking or adding/subtracting inventory please CALL AHEAD AND bring in a detailed inventory sheet every time with your name, label, date and inventory count with prices.
