To earn the most out of your items, make sure your items are laundered, in great condition, and in current fashion and season. Be sure there are no holes or stains, and check for broken zippers or missing buttons.
We do accept vintage items but they still must be in excellent condition and stain free.
We accept items based on condition, style, inventory levels, and what sells well in our stores. Just bring your max 20 items in a bin or bag to your 15 min. consignment appointment and we will go through your items quickly while you have a private shopping experience.
As an "In Store Credit" Consignor, you can earn even more for your clothes. Ask us about this NEW Option!

FAQ's
Why are even high quality items sometimes turned away?
Even a high-quality item can be turned away when the store is over-stocked in that specific category, or when the item is not in high demand within the store’s customer base. If you have a question, be sure to ask the staff.
What happens to my items if I choose to donate them?
Each store arranges for distribution to one or more charities in our community. Your donated items will always benefit a charity.
When can I bring my items in?
We accept items by appointment only Wed - Fri.
How many items can I bring in at one time?
We do have a set maximum of 20 items. If you have a large number of items to be considered, we suggest you call your local store and ask.
How long are my items out for sale?
We have all items in the store for a 60 day term.
If I want my items returned how does that work?
When you consign your items you will let the staff member know if you would like them returned or donated. Upon choosing return, you will be given an appointment card with your pick up date. After your 60 day term is up any of your unsold items will be removed from the shop sales floor and bagged for your pick up on your appointment date. Items are held for 48 hrs only then donated for no shows.
What are the options for credit or cash?
Store Credit Only Account will mean you will earn more for your items when they sell. Credit Only accounts receive 50% for items sold. If you want to use your credit as cash you will receive 40% for items sold but will still be able to use it for in store credit also.
If I choose store credit, will it ever expire?
Store credit can be used for up to one year. After that point, your account balance will expire. If you are concerned about your store credit expiring, call the store that is holding the credit account and ask.
If I choose a Cash Account, how can I get paid?
Credit can be cashed out in increments of a max $20 per day or used in store.
Credit over $20 can be cut in a check which is printed every Monday (you need to request checks at the store that holds the credit). ID required for all payouts and credits used.
What sizes do you accept?
We generally accept women’s size 0-18 or XS – 3XL
Do you accept Men's items?
We are currently not accepting Men's items at our NWX location. We will be taking Men's items at our Brookswood location.
